For years I searched everywhere to find personal power. I hoped each yoga class, crystal workshop, therapy session, guru or self-help book – would help me find the power I was desperately seeking. I eventually discovered that I had all the answers and solutions and power within – but no one ever helped me discover that; my inner badass coach.
